Quality education possess the property which can meet the the man`s needs for the living and development.Quality education focus attention on men`s value and development.Constructivism is the theoretical basis of establishing innovative education model.Modern education technique is the commanding elevation of present-day education.Real quality education must be carried out in cooperation with the whole of society which includes economics,politics,culture and the system of social psychology.
