Abstract
Based on the human-oriented requirement,the article points out that the management of college students should take students'fundamental interests as priority to promote students'overall development.In combination with the reality of college students' management at present,the article puts forward approaches in favor of college students' all-round development,thus offering new thoughts of implementing human-orientedconcept in students' management at universities.
