Abstract

The people-orientedphilosophy guides the main direction of the student management work.It is not only the need for constructing a harmonious campus,but also the needfor educating qualified talents in the new situation.Nowadays,the work of management of college students has not obeyed the philosophy,student's main status has not been established,management system lacks humanistic care,and the working procedure lacks innovation.So it is possible to innovate and perfect the management of college students on the philosophy,rules and procedures.
