Abstract
【Objective】 To explore the significance of plasma gastrin and motilin in patients with liver cirrhosis or chronic severe hepatitis B in the gastric mucosal lesion pathogenesy. 【Method】 Electronic gastroscopy examined the gastric mucosa condition. The method of radioimmunity was used to detect the level of blood plasma gastrin and motilin and the results of two groups and compared with control group. 【Result】The level of gastrin and motilin in two groups were notably higher than that in control group(p0.01). The level of blood plasma gastrin and motilin increased, followed by the aggravation of the gastric mucosal lesion. 【Conclusion】The high gastrin and motilin in patients of liver cirrhosis or chronic severe hepatitis B probably participate the development of gastric mucosal lesion.
