Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosing masses of cheek subcutaneous soft tissue. Methods 54 patients with masses of cheek subcutaneous soft tissue are retrospectively analyzed by high frequency ultrasound. All of them had been confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results There are 5 cases with malignant mass,43 cases with benign mass,6 cases with inflammatory mass. All these cased can be detected by the high frequency ultrasound. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound has a high application value in diagnosing masses of cheek subcutaneous soft tissue.
