Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility and superiority of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 45 cases of laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia. Results In this group of patients in the combined anesthesia or general anesthesia laparoscopic treatment of children, 12 underwent high ligation. Adult for transabdominal preperitoneal repair in 28 cases, total extraperitoneal repair in 5 cases, including 2 cases with chronic cholecystitis cholecystectomy, 3 cases with chronic appendicitis, appendectomy, 3 cases of inguinal and scrotal hematoma after operation, 1 cases of recurrence of hernia. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment with less trauma, less complications and lower recurrence rate advantages of recurrent hernia, inguinal hernia, especially bilateral hernia, abdominal cavity associated with other diseases underwent the combined operation has greater advantage.
