The effect of Deanxit combinition in treatment of 124 cases of functional dyspepsia

Objective To evaluate the effect of Deanxit combined with mosapride and lansoprazole in treating functional dyspepsia.Methods 124 cases of FD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,62 cases in the control group were treated with oral administration of mosapride citrate 10mg,3 times daily,pull the lansoprazole 15mg,2 times a day;treatment group on the basis of this,every night before going to bed with Dai Lixin 10.5mg,4 weeks as a course of treatment,and stop the drug.Results The total effciency of two groups,there was signifcant difference in cure rate,the treatment group was signifcantly better than the control group.Conclusion Effect of Deanxit combined with mosapride and lansoprazole in treating functional dyspepsia treatment satisfaction,patient compliance is good,and can be widely used in the gastrointestinal outpatient department.
