Abstract
Objective Functional dyspepsia(FD) is a highly prevalent disease, psychological factors may be closely correlated with the occurrence of FD,but there are only few published reports on the comparative study on the treatment of FD by the gastrointestinal motility drugs with deanxit in China.Aims: To evaluate the curative effects of ltopride, mosapride, domperidone with deanxit for the treatment of FD.Methods 65 cases of patients diagnosed with FD were divided into three groups: Itopride treatment group of 25 cases was treated with itopride 50 mg tid and deanxit 2 pills qd,mosapride control group(group I) of 20 cases was treated with mosapride 5 mg tid and deanxit 2 pills qd,and domperidone control group(group Ⅱ) of 20 cases was treated with domperidone 10 mg tid and deanxit pills qd.The course of treatment all lasted 4 weeks. The symptoms of the patients that disappeard after the drugs taken were observed and comparatively analyzed. Results After l-week treatment, the rates of the symptoms that disappeared such as belching,pre-and-postprandial bloating were respectively 60% and 56% in treatment group, compared with 35 % and 40% in control group Ⅰ,30% and 30% in control group Ⅱ,while significant different was observed between treatment group and the two control groups(P 0.05).After 4-weeks treatment, the rates of the symptoms that disappeared were respectively 88 % and 80% in treatment group, compared with 45% and 45% in control group Ⅰ,30% and 35% in control group Ⅱ,while significant different was observed between treatment group and the two control groups(P 0.01).Conclusion The effect of combined treatment of itopride and deanxit in relieving the belching and preand-postprandial bloating symptoms is satisfactory, and it is the preferred alternative for FD currently.
