Determination of atropine sulfate in meat by HPLC

Abstract

Objective:To develop a method for the determination of atropine sulfate in meat.Methods: Ultrasonic technique was applied to extract atropine sulfate and HPLC method was used to determine them.Results: The RSD were in the range of 3.9%~4.5% and the recoveries were in the range of 81.3%~88.9%.Conclusion: The developed method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and reliable for the determination of atropine sulfate in meat.
