Clinical Observation of AiDi pro injection plus NP Regimen Combination in the Treatment of Advanced Non-Small-ell Lung Cancer

Objective: To observe the response rate and toxicity of AiDi pro injection plus NP (vinorelbme.cisplatin) regimen combination in the treatment of advanced stage non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods: In double-blind, parallel-group study,87 patients with advanced NSCL were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-five patients of group A were treated with AiDi pro injection combined with NP , iv.gtt.qd for 8 wk,42 patients of group B were received chemotherapy of NP regimen alone. And then the clinical effect and ihe tox icity were observed in the two groups. Results: The response rate was 26. 7% in the patients of group A,and 23. 8% m the patients of group B. No significant difference existed between the two groups( P0. 05), but( PR + CR + MR) was 60. 0% , 35. 7% respectively in group A and group B. There was significant difference between two groups(P 0. 05). The capacity of cell immunology in group A was increased, among which NK cell was increased significantly. There was significant difference in two groups(P 0. 05). The side effects in group A was reduced. Conclusion: AiDi pro injection plus NP regimen can improve the cell immunology,relieve the symptoms,promote the life quality and be well-tolerated in the treatment of advanced NSCLC . The therapy strategy should be clinically recommended.
