Effect of Aidi Injection plus NP Regimen in Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract

Objective To compare the effect and toxicity between Aidi-NP regimen and NP regimen in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Group A(34 cases) received Aidi-MP regimen,group B(33 cases)received NP regimen.All cases were treated with NP regimen,navebine(NVB)25ms/m 2 on d 1,8 and cisplanin(DDP) 30mg/m 2 on d 1~3 every three weeks.GroupA plus injection aid,both regimens were repeated 4 weeks for three cycles.Results The response rate (CR+PR) of group A、B was 44.2% in group A compared to 36.3% in group B(P 0.05 ).The median survival time was 46weeks in group A compared to 41 weeks in group B(P 0.05 ).Leukopenia, nausea and vomiting in group B were more seriously than those in group A(P 0.05 ). The clinical effect of group A is higher than that of group B(P 0.05 ).Conclusion The patients with advanced NSCLC treated with Aidi-NP regimen had lower toxicity, longer median survival time.
