Technological Innovation in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises on the basis of the Cooperation of Enterprises,Universities and Scientific Research Institutes

Small and medium-sized enterprises have occupied sizable proportion in China′s national economy,However,the small and medium-sized enterprises are facing a certain difficulty in technological innovation due to the shortage of funds and technology and lack of qualified personnel.Based on an analysis of the current situation in cooperation of enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes,this paper introduces an appropriate approach to strengthen the cooperation of enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes to improve technological innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises.
