Abstract
Constructing scientific technological innovation system is not only an urgent demand for pushing the construction of national innovation system but also an essential requirement for boosting the colleges and universities and building high-level university.In the course of constructing scientific technological innovation system,we should lay special stress on constructing two platforms and one base,which are the platform of basic research innovation,the platform of progeny's transforming and engineering research and the base of philosophy and social science innovation.Meanwhile,we must combine the construction of scientific technological innovation system of colleges and universities with the construction of cultivation system for innovation talent.
