Abstract
In different stages of social development, people always find different ways to protect the stability and balance of the society. With the continuous development of science and technology and with the enlargement of human activities, the general principle of balance is found and acted as a direction to the research work of distribution theory, overcoming some problems that can not be solved in traditional economics.
