Preparation and quality control of ambroxol hydrochloride chewing tablets

Objective To study preparation technology of ambroxol hydrochloride chewing tablets,and to establish its quality contro1.Methods UV spectrophotography was used to determine the dissolution of ambroxol hydroehloride chewing tablets,and HPLC was used to determine content of ambroxol hydroehloride.Results The detected concentration of ambroxol hydrochloride was linear at 15-45 μg/mL.Conclusion The preparation technology of ambroxol hydrochloride is reliable.The measuring methods can be used in hospital production,for they are simple,accurate and reliable.
