Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of cryptotanshinone,tanshinoneⅠ,tanshinone ⅡA in Salviae miltiorrhizae from different habitats. METHODS:RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Kromasil TMC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(75 ∶ 25) at flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The injection size was 10 μL. RESULTS:The linear ranges of cryptotanshinone,tanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA in S. miltiorrhizae were 1.45~10.19 μg(r=0.999 8) ,2.16~15.12 μg(r=0.999 6) ,3.15~22.06 μg(r=0.999 7) ,repsectively. The average recoveries were 99.44%,99.48%,99.34%,respectively. RSDs were 0.2%,0.1%,0.1%(n=6) . There were significant differences in the contents of cryptotanshinone,tanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA in S. miltiorrhizae from different habitats. CONCLUSION:The method is stable,reliable and reproducible for the quality control of S. miltiorrhizae.
