Anesthesia and surgery patients indwelling opportunity

to study the indwelling urinary canal before surgery patients.Methods Select 60 cases of patients undergoing as our observation group,patients in the epidural catheter and general induction tracheal intubation urethral catheterization,after success in 60 patients in patients under normal operation urethral cathe-terization.Results two groups of patients with urinary tube inserted in the urine plug,stimulating symptoms after urethral observation group corps in urine and insert plug urine after stimulating symptoms in control group,P 0.01 significant differences.Conclusion the patients in the indwelling operation process,often because of urethral stricture,prostatic hyperplasia,pain,and such sensitive shy interpolation urine causes difficulties in general,and even failures or epidural anesthesia,urethral catheterization completely relaxed smooth again.
