Abstract
The cost control of construction enterprise during construction phase refers to a key whether a construction enterprise can effectively control the costs,which also is a main source of program profits.At present,construction enterprises in China have a lot of problems in cost control during construction phase.In this case,the article provides insights into the ways to control cost,based on the actuality of construction program.
