Abstract
Based on the practice of project cost control of construction enterprise,the key links through the whole business process of construction enterprise is discussed herein;and then it puts forward that the cost control can only be done well,if all the key links of the construction are strictly controlled along with the enhancing economic efficiency by lowering construction cost.
