Abstract

With the coming of the times of knowledge and economy and the globalization of marketing economy, trade secrets have be come to the focus of marketing competitions. How to fully protect trade secrets in an effective way has been a severe problem faced by the current enterprises in their development. There are some problems that exist in our country's legislation against infringement of trade secrets . How to perfect our legal system to protect trade secrets and make it meet the needs of the development of times has been a problem actively discussed by people in the legal circle.
