Abstract
Protection of trade secrets is of great significance in the survival and development done by the three legal characteristics,namely secrecy,efficiency and the replacement compensativeness.In order to protect trade secrets effectively,four aspects including legal system,ideology,institution and mechanics should be strengthened,as well as a construction of the system of the prohibition of business strife.
