Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in obstetrics detect systolic and diastolic blood pressure ratio( S / D) values combined with fetal monitoring for predicting fetal hypoxia. Methods From Mar.2011 to Apr.2013 in People' s Hospital of Mianyang,110 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were selected as object of this study as the observation group, and 120 cases of normal pregnancy during the same period were included in this study as control group, all of the patients received cord blood flow detection of S / D and fetal heart rate monitoring, two sets of perinatal outcome were recorded, and S / D of umbilical blood flow and fetal heart rate monitoring test results correlation with perinatal child of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients were analyzed and summarized. Results The incidence of neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress of the observation group were significantly higher, with statistically significantly difference( P 0.01),fetal heart rate monitoring and umbilical blood flow S / D abnormal results of the observation group was higher with statistically significant difference( P 0.01),umbilical blood flow S / D and fetal heart rate monitoring anomaly in the observation group had a greater impact on perinatal outcomes. Conclusion Umbilical blood flow S /D detection joint fetal heart rate monitoring has an important application value for prediction of fetal hypoxia in PIH,it is an important index, which is worth of promotion and application in obstetrics.
