Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of electronic fetal heart rate monitoring and umbilical blood flow S/ D in predicting fetal distress. Methods A total of 120 cases of term delivery pregnant women who had fetal distress operation indication and had been admitted to the gynaecology department in our hospital were selected, they were di vided into three groups, the high risk group(n = 44),umbilical blood flow group(n = 32) and fetal monitoring abnormal group(n = 44) based on the different predictive value. After rupture of membranes, recorded the characteristics of the amniotic fluid, and stated the the 1 min Apgar score of the new birth. Results Compared to the umbilical blood flow group and fetal monitoring abnormal group, the high risk group patients' meconium-stained amniotic fluid, neonatal asphyxia rate were higher, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05),but the difference between umbilical blood flow group and fetal monitoring abnormal group had not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Electronic fetal heart rate monitoring and umbilical blood flow S/D value has good diagnostic value in predict ing fetal distress,it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
