Analysis of the status quo and countermeasures of tourism development in Shandong province

In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of tourism in Shandong province,we use comparative method and questionnaires to analyze the status quo and existing problems in tourism.Finally,we put forward some suggestions and a countermeasures to speed up the development of tourism.The basic countermeasure is that tourism resource which has important historical and cultural value must be excavated.The medium and long term countermeasures are that we must attach importance to the cultivation of senior tourism talents and to the development of regional tourism industry and village traveling.
