Abstract
AIM To study the chemical constitutents from Tarphochlamys affinis.METHODS 60% ethanolic extract was extracted with ethyl acetate and n-butanol in turn and was isolated by silica gel.Their structrues were identified by NMR and MS analyses.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as betulin(1),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(2),4'-hydroxyacetophenone(3),salicylic acid(4),hydrolytichazaleanin A(5),(6R,7S,8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol(6),daucosterol(7).CONCLUSION All constituents are isolated for the first time.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
