Abstract
Wind tunnel test for Zhujiangcheng business writing tower with a large scale model(1∶150) was conducted in a boundary layer wind tunnel. This paper presents some selected results of the base equivalent static wind loads and wind-induced acceleration responses from the analysis of the data obtained in the wind tunnel test.In addition, the results from two previously conducted wind tunnel tests with smaller scales of the building models are used for comparative study, and the effects of geometry scale ratios, surrounding building conditions, and mean wind speed profile are investigated.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
