Abstract
Wind tunnel test for a typical tall building was conducted in a boundary layer wind tunnel.This paper presents some selected results of the base equivalent static wind loads and wind-induced acceleration responses from the analysis of the data obtained in the wind tunnel test.In addition,the results from a previously conducted wind tunnel test were also used for comparative study,and the effects of boundary layer conditions and surrounding building conditions were investigated.The outcomes of this study were used for the structural design and serviceability evaluation of the tall building.
