Content and Inspiration of New Public Administrative Pattern

New public administration is a kind of administrative pattern appearing with government reform in western countries. Theory of new public administration holds that good administration can be realized in public departments by introducing good business practice of private departments. Although the theory can be used for reference in our administrative reform, the problems we are facing are different from that of western countries so we should draw on useful experience according to actual conditions in China.
