"New Public Management " and administration reform in our country

Public is an innovation in administration realm of Western countries, from which our administration can gain some enlightenment. Because our administration reform has some problems and missions different from New Public Management, we can not blindly apply New public management model in Western. We should draw on the experience of New Public Management in Western in the light of the concrete conditions in China.
