Exploration into the Payment Pattern of Composite Expenditure in Social Medical Insurance

The payment of social medical insurance expenditure is classified into two categories: Post Payment System and Prospective Payment System.But according to their influence on the doctor's medical behavior and efficient use of medical expenses,the two patterns of medical payment appear to be non-efficiency phenomenon in medical resources.By means of the theoretical analysis and summary of the experience of payment reform for medical expenses in many nations,the author pointed out that in our current reform of medical market,we should practice the composite payments of medical insurance,which is characterized by community or college hospital that implements the Post Payment System and the comprehensive hospitals that implements Prospective Payment System.
