Abstract
Objective To evaluate the study of olanzapine and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression efficacy and safety. Methods From 2011 February to 2014 February 98 patients with depression, with divided into combined group and control group, combined group 49 cases were treated with olanzapine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of 49 cases in the control group, patients were given fluoxetine treatment. Two groups of patients treated 8 weeks,in the treatment of 4,6,8 weeks in two groups of patients for a rating, with Hamilton Depression Scale( HAMD) assess depression patients, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA) assessment in patients with anxiety. To observe the clinical curative effect and drug effect of the two groups of patients in time, and the adverse reactions of two drugs, analysis of drug safety of two kinds of drugs. Results In the treatment group, the disease rate was significantly higher than the control group. In the two groups after treatment for 4,6,8 weeks of HAMD scores from baseline were significantly reduced, the United Group at 4,6,8 weeks, the HAMD scores were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The combined group and the control group the adverse reaction rate were 42. 8% and 57. 1%,the difference was not statistically significant( P 0. 05).Conclusion Olanzapine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression significant clinical effect, high safety, quick effect, adverse reaction and single fluoxetine in the treatment of difference, can be tolerated.
