Abstract
By means of a review of the researches about ploymetric contract principle, this paper discovered the particularity of ploymetric training modelshould be decided by the difference of objects strength basis, training level, body weight, training load. When we use the jump drop training, as arepresentative of ploymetric training in developing athletes'lower limbs explosive power, many changeable factors, such as the selection of highness of drop jump, diversification of movement, intension of load and so on, we must combine with concrete specialty of athletes and follow the principle of individual difference and entreat. Only to do these, diathesis of specialty strength of athlete can be developed efficiently.
