Surveys of rural elementary education course reform in Guizhou—Taking the reform of rural elementary education course reform in Sinan county as an example

In 2005, the new curriculum reform will be overall implemented in China's elementary schools. The requirements of the reform are the same to cities and countryside. Because there exists development imbalance in rural and urban primary education, it is not practical for us not to consider the gap between rural and urban education in Guizhou Province and to use new curriculum standard. The education in Sinan County is a case in point. This paper points out some problems in this aspect to attract the attention of departments concerned.
