On the Independence of Personality Right Law

Abstract

Personality right has never been a pure legal issue, humanistic philosophy affects and promotes its development all the time. With the improvement of people's self-awareness, modern civil law no longer centered on property rights, personality right should be paid the same attention as property right, and be given an independent legal status. There is no doubt that it is development trend of personality right law as a separate part of civil code.
