The Status of Personality Right in Chinese Civil Law

Abstract

The identification and protection of personality right are mainly by civil general rule in our country.However,the protection system of personality right is quit narrow compared with developed countries.The personality right should to be an independence part when we constitute the Civil Law.It is good for changing the situation that the personality is neglected.It is also accorded with the development of personality right and the real situation of our country.
