Abstract

Aiming at peasants’passive factors,we should develop village economy,so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of primary democracy;consummate democratic autonomy of the village,so as to provide good environment for the moderation of village political psychology;strengthen village political education,legal education and cultural education,so as to create good cultural conditions for the modernization of their political psychology,which promotes the development of democracy quickly.
