Synthetic Evaluation on the Income Level in Urban Areas Based on Factor Analysis Method

Based on factor analysis method,we established the evaluation index system to evaluate the income level in urban areas of autonomous regions and municipalities of China,and identified the key factors to affect the income gap in urban areas of autonomous regions and municipalities of China,so as to evaluate the income level in urban areas objectively with the indicator system and through horizontal comparison to understand the gap among itself and the other provinces. We make the following conclusions: China's eastern regions' income level in urban areas is significantly better than the central,western and northeastern regions,and the western regions' income level in urban areas is higher than the central and northeastern regions.
