Raise the Level of Teaching Management Improve the Quality of College English Teaching

College English,as a common basic course,is one of the most important basic courses in colleges and universities.It should be fully understood that the importance of the position and the role of the quality of College English teaching are in the undergraduate education.The quality of College English teaching can not be improved only by relying on the efforts of a single teaching department.This is a systematic project,related not only to English teaching sections,but also to the educational Administration,the teaching management and the student work offices of other schools at all levels.All the work in the chain,ranging from the establishment and the implementation of rules and regulations of the teaching management to the management of the students,should be under control.Therefore,the improvement of the teaching quality must be guaranteed by the enhancement of the teaching management.Only the problems in the teaching management have been found out can the corresponding measures be taken to solve them.
