Abstract

The traditional theory of ownership can guide the direction of social and economic development,but the structure,the form,the property system and the other contents are less guided.To improve these,the theory of ownership must be innovated and improved.This theoretical system includes the total relations of production,division of ownership,property theory,structural theory of ownership,realization theory of ownership,changing theory of ownership and others.
