Abstract
A novel complex of [Ni(m-CPOAH)_2·(H_2O)_4](m-CPOAH~(-)=3-carboxylphenoxyacetate) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex belongs to triclinic system with space group P, a=0.49412(10)nm, b=0.57963(12)nm, c=1.8362(4)nm,α=96.94(3)°,β=94.82(3)°,γ=97.91(3)°. V=0.51436(18)nm~3, Z=1, M_r=521.07, D_c=1.682g·cm~(-3), μ=1.020mm~(-1), F(000)=270, R=0.0337, wR=0.0822. Two oxoacetate oxygen atoms of different m-CPOAH~(-) ligands and four water molecules are coordinated to nickel atom. The nickel atom displays an octahedral coordination sphere. The supramolecular hydrogen bonding network structure is formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds.
