Abstract
Objective To develop the fast PCR for detecting 5 species genes(16s rRNA,cps, mrp,ef and sly) of Streptococcus suis serotype 2.Methods According to the five pairs of specific primers, established the method by using efficient polymerase and optimize reaction program. Results It spent 30 minutes in detecting five species gene of Streptococcus suis serotype 2 in one PCR system. It is quick and sensitive. The specificity and fidelity were the same as General PCR,but it spent 1/3 time. Conclusion This method can be applied to epidemiological surveillance and rapid detection of outbreaks for Streptococcus suis serotype 2.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
