On the New Development of Marxist Theory of Historical Science Made by Deng Xiaoping

Abstract This thesis gives the opinion that it is Deng Xiaoping who has developed Marxist theory of historical science from the revolutionary historical materialism to a new stage of the reformatory historical materialism.Moreover,it discusses the content of Deng Xiaoping's reformatory historical materialism,the realistic method of historical science and the epoch making functional theory of historical science.It also points out that it is revolution together with reform that makes up the complete formation of the historical materialism.
