Oral Medicine Nursing Intervention in Elderly with Functional Constipation Clinical Observation

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the oral medicine together with the nursing intervention on the application of functional constipation effect.[Methods]The 82 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Treatment group 44 cases with Self mixture of intestines,and the other with care and intervention.Control group 38 cases with fruit guide tablets.After 2 coures of treatment(8w) to observed improvement of constipation,bowel patency after 3 months of long-term effect.[Results]The treatment group were markedly 23 cases,effective 18 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency rate for 93.20%.The control group were markedly 16 cases,effective 13 cases,invalid 9 cases,the total efficiency rate for 76.30%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Oral medicine with care and intervention,effective and reliable for functional constipation.
