Abstract
A large amount of situations exist in actual life that administrative dispute and civil dispute interweave and conflict,it should be solved according to different situations.Principally,the related problem on administrative dispute and civil dispute during the course of civil action should be solved separately,and solved according to the situation whether the party litigates or not.While the settlement of related problem on administrative dispute and civil dispute during the course of administrative litigation can be divided into two ways according to the different situations_one is administrative litigation with civil action,and the other is solved separately.
