Abstract
By the investigation and analysis of China's current college physical education situation,it is considered that the reform of college physical education should put emphasis upon creation.It is pointed out establishing new systems of college physical education and then the new strategy of developing college physical education,those new systems and strategy provede college physical education mode which are suitable for China's current situation with theories basis.
