Abstract
The humanistic quality education is to pass on the outstanding human culture through the conveying of knowledge,environment edification and one's own practice,to make it into personality,temperament and culture,and form a relatively stable inner quality of a person.This essay explores the necessity and importance of the basic rules of strengthening the humanity quality education of college students majoring in science and engineering,and puts forward the proposals of strengthening and improving the humanity quality education of college students majoring in science and engineering.
