Abstract
In socialist construction practice, Mao Zedong helpfully explored commodity production and value law and socialist commodity economy ideas were formed after a twisty process. Deng Xiaoping carried on correct ideas of commodity economy of Mao Zedong and corrected one-sided and wrong ideas and pointed out famous ideas that both plan and market are paths and socialism can implement market economy and market economy theory of Deng Xiaoping was formed.
