Gifted Personnel Calling for Quality Education at High Level

Quality education means the discovery of , the scout for and the training of the innate quality of people. Quality education is both historical and of the time. The education of the post graduate students is part of the highest level of education in China. It also calls for modem quality education at high level. The main points of it should include: keep spirit of creation, ability of acquiring information, cooperative and democratic spirit. In order to open up the new phase of quality education for the post graduate students, the existing tradi- tion post graduate students education must be reformed. The trial efforts can be made in .the following aspects: reforming the enrollment, making full use of credit system in teaching administration, realizing the importance of the course of methodology of research, improving the post graduate students' ability of acquiring information with computers.
