The quality of graduate student's education:thinking of macro-aspect and the development strategy

Abstract
From the macro-aspect, the system quality of graduate student's education should be paid more attention, which is in fact to answer the problem of its suitability. Meanwhile, the quality of graduate student's education should be analyzed from three levels which are type degree, level degree and whole degree. Furthermore it should meet the future, establish the developmental view of quality and construct the quality certification system of graduate student's education.
