The Reflection on the Identity of Surrender in the Judicial Practice

Abstract

Surrender is a major penalty sentencing system in China's Criminal Law.In the judicial practice,how to identify the surrender must be combined with special conditions so as to overcome the differences in comprehending and applying surrender and make the most of its function of taking strong measures against criminal offence.
